Junior Development (USAG) – a competitive program run by USA Gymnastics (the governing body for gymnastics in the US), for athletes who are interested in a higher level of competition.

Xcel (USAG) – developed as an alternative competitive program offering individual flexibility to coaches and gymnasts. The goal of the program is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding competitive gymnastics experience.

The following levels are offered at PGC:

• JD Levels 3-10
• Xcel Levels Bronze-Diamond
