Girls Level 1 (Grade 1 and up)

 

Girls 1 is our beginner-level girls gymnastics class where athletes are introduced to skills on all four Olympic events: vault,  uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Gymnasts will build foundational strength, coordination, flexibility, and basic gymnastics skills while learning proper technique and body control on each event. Classes are 1 hour 20 minutes long.

Girls Level 2 (Grade 1 and up)

 

Girls 2 is an intermediate gymnastics class for athletes who have demonstrated proficiency in foundational skills and are ready to progress to more challenging elements on the four Olympic events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Gymnasts continue developing strength, flexibility, and proper technique as they build the skills needed for more advanced gymnastics. Classes are 1 hour 20 minutes long.

Girls Level 3+ (Grade 2 and up)

 

Girls 3 is an advanced recreational gymnastics class for athletes who have mastered the foundational skills and are ready to continue progressing on the four Olympic events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Gymnasts focus on refining technique, building strength and flexibility, and developing more advanced skills and combinations. Classes are 2 hours long.

Boys Level 1 (Grade 1 and up)

 

Boys 1 is a beginner gymnastics class designed to introduce boys to the fundamentals of the sport. Athletes will learn basic skills while building strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Classes focus on safety and proper technique as boys are introduced to skills on the men’s gymnastics events and equipment. Classes are 1 hour 20 minutes long.

Tumbling Level 1 (Grade 1 and up)

 

Our co-ed Tumbling 1 class introduces students to fundamental tumbling skills, including forward rolls, handstands,            cartwheels, round-offs, and front and back walkovers. Athletes will focus on building proper technique, strength, and body  control to create a strong foundation for future skill progression. Training includes tumble trak, trampoline, and a variety of skill-building equipment such as wedge mats, octagons, skill cushions, and our 18’ x 20’ foam pit. Classes are 1 hour long.

Tumbling Level 2 (Grade 1 and up)

 

Our co-ed Tumbling 2 class builds on the skills developed in Tumbling 1, progressing toward more advanced tumbling such as front and back handsprings and front and back tucks. Athletes will continue to focus on technique, power, and body control while gaining confidence in their skills. Training includes tumble trak, trampoline, and a variety of skill-building equipment such as wedge mats, octagons, skill cushions, and our 18’ x 20’ foam pit. Classes are 1 hour long.

High School Tumbling 

 

Our High School Tumbling class is perfect for both gymnasts and cheerleaders looking to build and refine their tumbling skills—from foundational basics to more advanced techniques. Athletes will train using tumble trak, trampoline, and a variety of skill-building equipment, including wedge mats, octagons, skill cushions, and our 18’ x 20’ foam pit. Classes are 1 hour long.

High School Gymnastics Workouts 

 

We offer a workout program for high school girls during their off season (March-October). Along with conditioning and flexibility, students will be coached on skills they will need for their high school routines. Your choice of one, two, or three workouts per week. Workouts are 3 hours.
